The problem
PDFs often contain sensitive data — names, addresses, metadata or hidden content. Manual redaction is slow, error-prone and hard to verify before sharing.
What was built
PDFFabrik is a web app for secure PDF handling: upload a file, get suggested sensitive spots, review each finding in a preview and export a cleaned PDF. Plus tools for metadata, compression and OCR on scanned documents.
